ABOUT DGFN

Screenshot_2026-01-12_at_14-16-18_Instagram.pngThe Green Network for Researchers connects researchers across disciplines who wish to draw attention to the ongoing ecological and climate crises. Together, we push for the advancement of just and ambitious solutions.

We are both a social and an academic network that seeks to strengthen public debate on climate- and environmental-related issues through our knowledge and engagement.

We have strong ties to climate policy organizations and civil society, and we take part in the Climate Movement where we collaborate to promote green research and ensure a sustainable green transition.

The network aims to establish and strengthen relationships among its members, for example through monthly Thursday events and annual meetings.
